Building Talent and Community: We Have an Intern!

Intern2

Based from our long-standing experience and perspective in the local market, we noticed that there is opportunity to invest in cultivating rising talent within Michigan. We can better our commitment to the Michigan community by giving local talent the opportunity to build their skills in state. This way local talent has more opportunity to stay in state after graduating.

We pursued opportunities to reach that talent through special partnerships with University of Michigan, Michigan State University and Michigan Technological University. While we were accepted into programs for each, we chose to move forward with the Michigan State SCIA program.

The Small Company Internship Award Program at Michigan State is supported by MCRN and connects companies to students in STEM. You know what that means—there’s an intern coming to town! Goes by the name of Quinn Foster, and starts on May 9th.

We’re excited to work and grow together.

If you want to jump on the bandwagon yourselves, we encourage you to check out SCIA program here. If you have any questions for us, feel free to contact Brandon Walker.
